Marthe is a lawyer specializing in corporate law, with a strong focus on start-ups and scale-ups. She combines legal precision with a practical mindset and a warm heart. Her career began at Legalloyd, after which she fully dedicated herself to guiding founders through funding rounds, joint ventures, and other strategic partnerships. She advises on both small and large deals, but always with the same goal: making the law understandable and helping entrepreneurs make decisions with confidence. Besides her practice, Marthe organizes events for start-ups.
